Terms of use
Last updated 23 October 2026
These terms govern use of Attendo, a product of IQLEXA Technologies Private Limited. By creating a workspace or signing in to the mobile app you agree to them. Questions: contact@iqlexa.com.
The service
Attendo provides attendance, leave, timesheets, field tracking and related admin tools as software. We may change features. A free trial (14 days, up to 5 users) is offered without a card; paid plans are billed through Razorpay as shown in the admin billing page.
Accounts
Company admins are responsible for the people they invite, for keeping credentials safe, and for the accuracy of attendance records they export. Employees must use their own face and device. Sharing an account or spoofing check-in is not allowed.
Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, overload or probe the service, upload malware, or use Attendo for anything other than workforce timekeeping for your organisation. We may suspend a workspace that breaks these terms or that fails to pay.
Data
You retain rights in your company data. You grant us a licence to host and process it to provide the service. See the privacy policy for what the apps collect.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by Indian law, IQLEXA Technologies Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and total liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune have exclusive jurisdiction.
